“First time staying here and first time in Key West. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in unit B33 - highly recommend A and B buildings for a view of the ocean off the porch and a view of the Cow Key Channel at your unit entrance. Marie was the concierge and she was SO nice and helpful! She got me in touch with a charter company she recommended for fishing and she nailed it! If you stay here, stop by and chat with her for any and all ideas! And she often can help with coupons or discounted rates! The room was updated and super clean! The primary bathroom was AMAZING!! Double sinks, two rain shower heads plus a bench - it was huge! Ceiling fans in every room! Kitchen has all the utensils you would need! Laundry in unit was a plus! If you need something that’s not in the room or more of something you can request that as needed. The pool was great and they are so good about communicating activities that are happening there. I liked how quiet this location was compared to staying right in Old Town or near Duval St. it was peaceful and the island is only 2X4 miles so you can get anywhere within 10 minutes! If you are someone that likes to be left alone for the most part and have a home away from home - this feels like that! There is an elevator - it’s between C & B Units. Likely the same on the other side of the pool grounds.”

“Property is in good shape. Rooms are great.. We have been coming for 20 yrs. The Tiki Bar service is poor. Focused on pressured sales vs service. Tiki Bar is toxic and has been for years unless there is a substitute Bar tender. Great fishing on the property. Fantastic for young kids.”

“Very beautiful and well kept grounds! Check in was very easy with Cheryl’s help and the concierge Marie was very informative and helpful!! Room was very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. 2 king size bedrooms. The master bedroom had a giant bathroom with a double sink and double shower, Very nice!! It was a tad away from town but very peaceful. There is a Trolley stop nearby that takes you to town which Marie can hook you up with, Old Time Trolley Tours.”

“We enjoyed every moment in this megical place. The service was excellent and the moment we arrived into the unit we felt at home, it was very clean. The main bathroom was beautifully designed. The pool was in an excellent temperature. The only things that they could improve in our opinion are: 1) The food options. The lady at Tiki bar was lovely but the food was not good. We wish there were more restaurants options but hey this ks Key West so you could easily find a nice restaurant outside of the resort. 2) The walls are paper thin you can hear everything pitside and inside the unit.”

“Very good overall. I gave it a 4 in total relative to services and location lacking somewhat. There was no real food at the resort other than bar food from 11-7 at the tiki hut. Though, we really loved the room. Having two separate bedrooms was very nice, as well as a pull out sofa. The room was overall well kept, tidy, and maintained. The fixtures and bathroom in the master suite were of exceptional quality, while the second/main bathroom for all others was mediocre and lacked any storage space or anywhere to set anything, at all. You would think the sink, but with how polished and sloped the sink was at all points, the toothbrushes couldn’t even be put on it. We resorted to placing a couple things on top of the mirror. Overall, my only real gripe. The screened in patio was a very nice feature I didn’t know I needed. But having it, I’ll be looking to have one at every future trip stay elsewhere. It’s so nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful evening and night air without having to worry about bugs. The room was otherwise fully furnished with a stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, basin sink, and a basic set of cooking utensils, knives, bowls, pots etc…essentially all you would need to prepare meals there. The property itself was very well manicured and taken care of. From the front’s desk check-in, the pool and hot tub, the sand area and the beach they made. It was all very unique and well kept. The only other downside would be location, I suppose. It’s as far from “old town” as you can get, but it’s a direct route and you’re there by car in about 12 minutes. So you’re out of the mix with having bikes and golf carting around, because the entrance is the main road into Key West, and is always busy. But this may be a downer to some, and a boone to others, as you’re then not dealing with crazy traffic and tourism, instead tucked away in a nice little cove, if only there were more food options it would be a perfect and self sustained area. The grocery store is 4 min away by car. I’d say the only thing I wish there was more of was food options, but all that is in old town, at least the “must visit” places. Overall, a great stay and experience with a younger family.”

“This was a great two bedroom two bath unit with a living room area, kitchen and dining table. It was perfect for two couples. It was too cold to use the pool or hot tub, but it was absolutely beautiful. We could sit on our enclosed screened in porch to listen to the music although there was no activity in the pool. The property was kept very very deeply. Check-in was super easy.”
